1. Controller and contact

ElyonIO is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@elyonio.com. For general or commercial enquiries, use info@elyonio.com.

2. Data we process and why

Website use. Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information and referring page. We use this information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure service.

Email enquiries. When you email us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, organisation, message and attachments, to answer your request, assess product or project fit and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Processing is based on those pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and, where applicable, legal obligations.

Contact forms. When you submit a contact, demo or quotation request, ElyonIO processes the information you provide, including your name, business email address, company, role, area of interest, enquiry type and message. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and forwards a notification to info@elyonio.com. We use the information to respond to your request and manage related pre-contractual or business communications. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@elyonio.com.

3. Recipients, hosting and international transfers

Personal data may be accessed by authorised ElyonIO personnel and by service providers that support hosting, email and IT operations. The website is intended to be hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside Switzerland or the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our systems. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs. Enquiry records are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing contractual relationship.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or similar non-essential tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent where applicable.

6. Your rights

Depending on the applicable Swiss or European data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You are not required to provide enquiry information, but we may be unable to respond without it. We do not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making.

Send requests to privacy@elyonio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, with the competent supervisory authority in the EU or EEA country concerned.

7. Security and updates

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We may update this notice when the website, our services or legal requirements change; the date above indicates the latest version.
